A gentle resting shape — lengthen the back and slow the breath.

  1. Kneel; bring big toes together and knees wide or together.
  2. Walk hands forward and rest forehead on the mat or a block.
  3. Let hips sink toward heels; soften shoulders.
  4. Stay for several slow breaths.
