Ujjayi breath
Soft ocean sound at the back of the throat — often used with movement.

- Sit or stand tall; relax face and jaw.
- Inhale through the nose; gently narrow the glottis so the breath sounds soft and steady.
- Exhale the same way, keeping length without strain.
- Start with 4–6 rounds; increase gradually with comfort.
