Soft ocean sound at the back of the throat — often used with movement.

  1. Sit or stand tall; relax face and jaw.
  2. Inhale through the nose; gently narrow the glottis so the breath sounds soft and steady.
  3. Exhale the same way, keeping length without strain.
  4. Start with 4–6 rounds; increase gradually with comfort.
